Ingredients Chives chopped Coriander 1 tea spoon, Cumin 1 tea spoon, Nutmeg to taste, 1chopped Onion, Pumpkin 675g, Red chilli 1 dried, Skimmed milk 100ml Vegetable stock 600 ml. Salt & Pepper to taste Instructions: 1 Heat oil in a large saucepan. 2 Add onion and cook with the cumin and coriander Add pumpkin and cook for a few minutes, then 4 Grate in some fresh nutmeg, add chilli and 5 Add milk and blend until smooth. 6 Return to pan and heat through, adding more Garnish with chives. |
